MungweABC Athman presenting a gift to the Board of Directors and to Executive Director of FMSC, Mark Crea.PEN Trust had the opportunity to visit the Feed My Starving Children headquarters in Brooklyn Park, MN while in the US. After presenting the Board of Directors with a gift, we gave an update of food distributions throughout the Dodoma and Singida regions as well as highlighted further needs. FMSC with shipping help from Operation Blessing have generously donated a 40 foot container that will be arriving the first week of August 2006.

Mungwe ABC Athman and Andrea Wall packaging food at FMSC.After touring the warehouse, PEN Trust had the opportunity to join other volunteers in packaging food. It was a great opportunity for volunteers to meet actual recipients of the food and to explain the impact of what their volunteering actually means to the needy of Tanzania and elsewhere in the world.
